Shipping

All orders are dispatched from our studio in Raja Park, Jaipur within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel leaves us.

• Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 999.
• Flat Rs. 89 shipping on orders below Rs. 999.
• Metro cities: 2 to 4 working days. Rest of India: 4 to 7 working days.

Returns and exchanges

If the fit is not right, we will sort it out. You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or a size exchange.

• Size exchanges are free. We collect the original piece and send the replacement in one pickup.
• Returns for a refund are accepted on unworn, unwashed items with tags intact.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the item reaching us.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp at 7023377123 or email Selinxofficial5@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address, usually within 48 hours.

Damaged or wrong item

Let us know within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at no cost, no questions asked.
