Shipping policy
Everything we sell is made and dispatched from our studio in Raja Park, Jaipur, India.
Order processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 999.
- Flat Rs. 89 shipping on orders below Rs. 999.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities: 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.
- Rest of India: 4 to 7 working days from dispatch.
These are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may take longer due to weather, regional restrictions, strikes, festive volumes or other events outside our control. We currently ship within India only.
Delivery address
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; re-delivery charges may apply.
Undelivered parcels
If a parcel remains undelivered after our courier's standard re-attempts, it is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery where possible and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will investigate with the courier and replace or refund the order.
