These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Selinx Clothing ("Selinx", "we", "us", "our"). By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or be using this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Garment colours may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your display settings, and prints may vary marginally between pieces because of the nature of the printing process. Measurements given in our size guide are indicative and small variations are normal in garment manufacturing. These variations are not considered defects.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.

We may change prices, run promotions or withdraw offers at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers over secure, encrypted connections. We do not store your card details on our servers.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, in circumstances including but not limited to: the item being out of stock, an error in pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, a non-serviceable delivery address, or repeatedly refused deliveries. If we cancel an order for which you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including artwork, garment graphics, photographs, text, logos and the Selinx name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Selinx Clothing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs or content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with its normal operation, or to place fraudulent or speculative orders.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selinx Clothing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from delays in delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
